| 摘 要： | 目的]研究沙枣是否可引种至吉林西部盐碱地区，以改善当地生态环境。方法]将采自宁夏的沙枣种子播种到北华大学林学院苗圃及实习基地，进行物候期和植株生长状态观察、抗逆性以及不同基质扦插和不同嫁接方法与成活率的关系等研究。结果]沙枣能够适应吉林地区的气候条件而生长发育健壮；3种防寒措施中，土埋无冻害，草帘覆盖和缠稻草把虽分别有2．8％、3．9％的死亡率，但冻害程度轻微，可以正常越冬。同时沙枣在吉林地区同样具有较好的抗盐碱、抗旱涝性。沙枣扦插和嫁接获得了成功，为其快速大面积种植提供了条件，同时得出了不同基质扦插的生根率。结论]沙枣可引种至吉林省西部盐碱地区栽植。
