地衣芽孢杆菌生防菌株SDYT-79发酵条件优化

摘    要:探讨地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)SDYT-79菌株液体发酵条件,为提高其活性次级代谢产物的产量提供技术支持。通过单因子试验和正交试验,对该菌株的最适发酵培养基成分及发酵条件进行优化。结果表明:地衣芽孢杆菌SDYT-79菌株培养基各组分的最佳配比为:蔗糖3.0%、蛋白胨0.3%、酵母膏2.0%、氯化钠0.3%,最佳发酵培养条件为:初始pH值9.0、培养温度24℃、培养时间36h、250mL三角瓶装液量120mL、接种量体积分数0.5%~1%。在最佳发酵培养基和培养条件下,SDYT-79菌株抑菌能力提高14.3%。
