广食性蚕的味觉电生理反应

摘    要:利用电生理学方法,测定了广食性家蚕品种杂A和普通家蚕品种菁松对5种促食物质和阻食物质的味觉电生理反应。结果表明,两种不同食性蚕的下颚瘤状体栓锥感器SsⅠ及SsⅡ对供试物质的电生理反应存在明显差异,其中对4种物质的刺激,广食性蚕的放电脉冲频率均显著低于菁松,说明广食性蚕比普通品种蚕的味觉敏感性低。

Abstract:In this article ,the gustatory electrophysiological response of euryphagous silkworm-Za A and the general variety-Jingsong to 5 kinds of promotive substances and inhibitive ones were measured electrophysiologically. Results showed that there were evident differences about their electrophysiological response of the Ss-Ⅰand Ss-Ⅱ which are the sensillum styloconicum on the maxillary tubercle to the tested substances.The euryphagous silkworm's discharge frequencies of electric pulse to 4 kinds of substances were all under the Jingsong silkworms'.So the sensitivity of euryphagous silkworm is lower than the general variety.
