吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉中的低温贮藏稳定性试验

摘    要:对吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉中的低温贮藏稳定性进行了研究,同时建立了吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉中的残留分析方法。结果表明,在0.01~0.10 mg/kg添加范围内,吡唑醚菌酯在香蕉中的平均回收率为82%~97%,变异系数为1.3%~2.7%;方法最小检出量为1×10~(-10) g,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg。通过样品添加和-20℃下低温贮藏的方法,设定采样间隔分别为0、1、3、6及12个月。取样检测显示,吡唑醚菌酯的含量没有明显变化,说明该农药在-20℃下的香蕉样品中至少贮藏12个月是稳定的。

Abstract:The low temperature storage stability of pyraclostrobine in banana was studied,and the method for the determination of pyraclostrobine residues in banana was established. Average recoveries of pyraclostrobine in banana were found in the range of 82%~97% at the three spiking levels from 0.01 to 0.10 mg/kg with relative standard deviations of 1.3%~2.7%. The lowest de-tection limit of instrument for pyraclostrobine was 1×10-10 g,and the limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg/kg. The content of pyra-clostrobine was not significantly changed by sample addition and -20℃ at low temperature. The sampling interval was 0,1, 3,6 and 12 months. It was showed that the pesticide was stable at least 12 months in the banana samples at -20℃.
