消毒时间和激素水平对小水榕组织培养的影响

摘    要:小水榕是天南星科的一种热带观赏水草,传统繁殖靠根茎侧芽分株,繁殖速度极慢;目前通过组织培养方法快速繁殖小水榕试管苗的技术还不成熟。以小水榕腋芽为外植体,研究消毒时间和激素水平对小水榕初代培养的影响,探讨小水榕快速繁殖试管苗的快繁途径。结果表明:小水榕腋芽为外植体的最适消毒时间为24min。小水榕最适诱导培养基为MS 6-BA0.75mg/L NAA0.15mg/L,其腋芽增殖率最高为14.29%;转入生根培养基的第60天时,生根率为92.13%。

Effect of Sterilize Time and Hormone Content on Tissue Culture of Anubias Barteri

Abstract:Anubias barteri is a kind of tropical ornamental aquatic plant,which belongs to Araceae.Stems,shoots and axillary shoots were used in the traditional propagation methodology to acquire young seedling,but the propagation rate was extremely slow;at present,the technology of rapid propagating of Anubias barteri through tissue culture is immaturity.The experiment investigated the effect of different sterilize time and hormone content on tissue culture of Anubias barteri with the axi1lary shoots as explantlets,discussed the available methodology on rapid propagation of Anubias barteri.The results showed that the optimum sterilize time of axi1lary shoots is 24 min.The best medium of axillary shoots induction is MS 6-BA 0.75 mg/L NAA 0.15 mg/L,it''s axillary shoots induction is 14.29 %,which is the highest;in the medium of rooting,and 60 days later the rooting rate is 92.13 %.
