X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤中的钍

摘    要:采用粉末压片法制样,应用X射线荧光光谱法测定土壤中的钍含量。经标准土壤样品验证,精密度和准确度试验表明,相对标准偏差(N=10)小于13%,回收率为84.1%~99.6%。钍的检出限为3.1 mg/kg,测定下限10.0 mg/kg。用X射线荧光光谱法与ICP-MS测定同一样品,其测定结果无显著差异。该方法在检测准确度和分析速度上可以满足实验室日常分析要求和应急监测需要。

Abstract:The method of pressed powder pellet sample and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for determination of thorium in soil was studied. The experimental results showed that the measurement precision and accuracy are favorable. The relative standard deviation (N=10) was less than 13% and the recovery rate was 84.1%~99.6%,which was verified by standard soil samples. The detection limit of thorium is 3.1 mg/kg,and the lower limit of detection is 10.0 mg/kg. Comparing this method with ICP-MS, no significant difference was detected in measuring results. The method can meet the requirements of daily laboratory analysis and emergency monitoring in the detection accuracy and analysis speed.
