阿克苏枣黑斑病的病原分析与药剂防治效果研究

摘    要:采用组织分离法,对阿克苏地区周边枣园具有典型枣(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)黑斑病症状的病果进行病原鉴定,测定戊唑醇、吡唑醚菌酯、氟硅·嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、多菌灵和多抗霉素对枣黑斑病的防治效果。结果表明,根据其形态特征鉴定其致病病原菌为细极链格孢菌(Alternaria tenuissima)。多抗霉素1 500倍稀释液对枣黑斑病发病率的防治效果最好,为91.2%;其次是43%戊唑醇5 000倍稀释液,防治效果为89.5%;再者是25%苯醚甲环唑1 500倍稀释液,防治效果为75.4%。

Abstract:The typical symptoms of the disease fruit black spot in Aksu area's jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) orchard were used to identify the pathogens by using tissue isolation method. And determined the control effect of tebuconazole, pyraclostrobin, fluorosilicone-azoxystrobin, difenoconazole, carbendazim and polyoxin for red jujube black spot disease. The results showed that the pathogen was identified as Alternaria tenuissima according to its morphological characteristics. The control effect of polyoxins 1500 times diluent on the incidence of red jujube level was best, which was 91.2%; The second was 43% tebuconazole listed 5000 times diluent, the control effect was 89.5%; Then there were 25% of difenoconazole 1500 times diluent, which control effect was 75.4%.
