芥菜分类及茎瘤芥(榨菜)育种技术研究进展

摘    要:芥菜是中国的原产蔬菜之一,在中国发生的变异和分化是相当丰富的,国内外对芥菜的分类研究报道很多。主要从传统的植物学形态、同工酶、蛋白质电泳、花粉形态多样性、DNA多态性等方面综述了其分类研究进展,同时概述了茎瘤芥育种相关技术研究进展,旨在为芥菜的分类研究和遗传育种提供一些理论依据。

Abstract:Chinese mustard(Brassica juncea Czern et Coss.)is one of the important vegetables originated from China.The variation and diversification is so plenty in China.There is much research report about Classification of mustard.Advance in mustard taxonomy had been conducted based on plant morphology,isozyme,protein electrophoresis,pollen morphology,DNA polymorphism and so on.And there is a latest review of tuber mustard breeding technology.Theoretical basis was supplied based on mustard taxonomy research and genetic breeding.
