摘    要:为确定胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)种仁壳多糖超声波辅助酶法提取工艺条件,在单因素试验基础上,选取纤维素酶添加量、超声时间、超声功率为自变量,多糖得率为响应值,采用响应面法模拟得到二次多项式回归方程,并确定种仁壳多糖最佳工艺参数为纤维素酶添加量0.31%,超声时间40 min,超声功率400 W。其中超声功率对胡桃楸种仁壳多糖得率影响最大,其次是纤维素酶添加量,影响最小的是超声时间,回归模型预测的多糖得率理论值为1.35%。经验证试验,RSD为0.97%,该回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。

Abstract:To optimize ultrasonic-assisted enzyme extraction of polysaccharide from seed shell of Juglans mandshurica,single factor test were carried out. Based on this,enzyme amount,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power were selected as variables. And a mathematical model was obtained according to response surface methodology. Results showed that the following optimum parameters:enzyme amount 0.31%,ultrasonic time 40 min,ultrasonic power 400 W. The effect of ultrasonic power on the ex-traction yield of polysaccharides was primary,effect of enzyme amount was secondary,and effect of ultrasonic time was last. The predicted value of extraction yield of polysaccharide was 1.35%. After confirmatory test,the relative standard deviation was 0.97%. The regression equation was fitting better with actual situation.
