八种蜂蜜的孢粉学研究

摘    要:依据花粉形态特征,对八蜂蜜中花粉粒的数量和种类进行鉴定,探讨作为判断蜂蜜产品产地和质量辅助依据的可行性;提取8种市售蜂蜜中的孢粉,醋酸酐处理,光镜观察,描述孢粉形态特征,测量孢粉大小,计算本种孢粉比例;所有蜂蜜中除含有本种花粉外,还含有比例不等的其它多种孢粉(杂质孢粉),不同蜂蜜含有的杂质花粉种类也不相同,各种孢粉在光镜下具有比较鲜明的区分特征;孢粉的特征和比例可以作为判定蜂产品品质的辅助依据,但部分蜂蜜在判断产地方面比较困难。

Study on Palynology of Eight Honey Productions

Abstract:The quantity and kinds of pollens in eight honeys were identified and the feasibility of assistant basis on their producing area and quality were discussed according to pollen morphologic characters. Pollens extracted from eight kinds of honeys were decomposed in vinegar-anhydride and observed under light microscope, morphology characters described, pollen sizes measured and the claimed pollen percentage calculated. Impurity pollens were observed in a given honey besides the main one, which proportions were varied in every honeys, and the main pollens from each honey had its own identified character. The morphology characters and the proportion of the main pollens could be a indexs to estimate the quality of honey productions, but it is difficult to trace the original producing area as to some honeys.
