| 摘 要： | 在回顾福建省水稻育种发展历史的基础上,分析了福建省水稻育种的特色、优势与存在问题,提出了加大对水稻新品种创新与保护工作的管理、强化农业行政部门行政执法能力建设、围绕品种权的经营,建立良性的品种研发投入产出机制和依靠执法部门维护自身权益等今后仍需加强的方向和保护新品种一些建议与策略。

| Abstract: | On the basis of reviewing the history of rice breeding in Fujian, the features,the advantage of rice breeding and the main existing problems was analyzed, the conservation status and protection measures of new rice varieties was described. Finally, the strengthening direction in the future and the suggestions of the strengthening direction in the future and the suggestions of strengthened supervision and administration over new rice varieties innovation and protection work, law enforcement ability of the department of agriculture in the law enforcement organizations and established or improved their supervision organizations, safeguarding their legitimate rights by law enforcement agencies was put forward in detail. |
