摘    要:为提高赤眼鳟江河人工放流的成活率,采取放流前强化饲养育肥和流水密集锻炼两项技术措施,结果显示,强化培育的鱼种比常规培育的鱼种肥壮,丰满度比后者高12.37%~24.05%,肝脏含脂率高35.63%~43.27%,处于饥饿并在流水环境中,其生存时间比后者延长6d;流水密集锻炼24~30h的鱼种瞬时耗氧速率比静水密集锻炼2h的鱼种低25.11%,缺氧昏迷点(Cd)比后者低18.72%,窒息点(Sd)低33.33%,鱼种运输成活率比后者提高23个百分点;在来宾市清水河放流鱼种4万尾,放流后鱼种活动正常,回捕率为30.36%.表明采取放流前强化饲养育肥和流水密集锻炼两项技术措施,能提高赤眼鳟的成活率,提高其江河人工增殖放流效果.

Abstract:To increase the survival rate of artificial releasing of Barbel Chub in the river,two technical measures including intensified feeding and breeding,and intensive flowing-water exercise before artificial releasing in the river were taken.The results showed that as compared to the conventional fries,the intensified breeding fries was stronger,the fullness and liver fat rate increased by 12.37%-24.05% and 35.63%-43.27%,respectively;and when in a state of hunger in the flowing water,the intensified breeding fries could prolong 6 days of living time.Moreover,the instantaneous oxygen consumption rate of fry with intensive exercise for 24-30 hours in the flowing water decreased by 25.11% as compared to that of fry with intensive exercise for 2 hours in still water,the coma point resulting from anoxia(Cd) decreased by 18.72%,the suffocation point(Sd) decreased by 33.33%;the transportation survival rate was 99.3%,and increased 23%(absolute value) as compared to 76.3% of the latter.Total 40,000 fries had been released artificially in the Qingshui River in Laibin City,and had normal activity after released,the recapture rate was 30.36%.The results indicated that these two measures could increase the survival rate of Squaliobarbus curriculus,and improve the artificial proliferation releasing effect of Squaliobarbus curriculus in the river.
