籼型三系杂交水稻亲本主要农艺性状配合力及遗传力分析

摘    要:选用11个不育系和6个恢复系,采用不完全双列杂交试验设计(NCⅡ),对8个产量及其相关性状进行配合力和遗传力分析.结果表明:(1)这8个性状一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到显著或极显著水平,其中株高、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、千粒重等性状以基因加性效应为主,有效穗、穗长、单株产量等性状则以基因的非加性效应为主;(2)多数性状受恢复系的影响要比受不育系的影响大;(3)不育系中EBC502、宜香A、天丰A、龙特甫A和内香2A以及恢复系中R527、N175和TR239的性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力较好;(4)亲本的一般配合力和组合的特殊配合力之间没有明显的对应关系.不同性状间的狭义遗传力大小排列:千粒重>株高>结实率>单株产量>每穗实粒数>有效穗>穗长>每穗总粒数.

Abstract:Eleven sterile lines and 6 restoring lines were chosen for the analysis of combining abilities of 8 yield characters and related characters by incomplete diallele cross(NCⅡ) design.The results were as follows:(1) both general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) of the 8 characters were highly significant or significant,the additive variation was principal for the characters of plant height(PH),spikelets per panicle(SP),filled spikelets per panicle(FSP),1000-grain weight(TGW),while the non-additive variation was principal for the characters of effective panicles per plant(EPP),panicle length(PL),grain weight per plant(GWP);(2) most characters were more greatly influenced by restorer line than by sterile line;(3) the GCA and SCA of yield characters of EBC502,Yixiang A,Tianfeng A,Longtefu A,Neixiang 2A in sterile line and R527,N175,TR239 in restoring line were better;(4) the GCA of parents was not significantly related to the SCA of groups.The order of narrow heritability in various characters was: TGW>PH>seed-setting rate(SSR)>GWP>FSP>EPP>PL>SP.
