玉米子粒发育的生理特性研究

摘    要:1989~1990年对7个玉米杂交种子粒发育特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)决定杂交种间粒重差异的内因主要是灌浆期间同化产物向子粒运转的快慢和充实期的长短;(2)粒草干重与粒重和子粒饱满度间呈显著正相关;(3)不同的子粒生长发育曲线可形象地反映不同玉米杂交种自身干物质积贮和运转的遗传关系;(4)用充实指数计量玉米杂交种的灌浆能力和用饱满指数度量源库的平衡程度是可行的。

Abstract:Results from a 2-year study on the grain development of corn showed as fol-lows :The pattern of the development of corn kernel presented in a S-shaped curve. Thedry weight of kernel varied with different varieties and with the same variety in differentyears. It was mainly influenced by the filling rate and the duration of the filling stage.However,filling rate had much more influence on the increase of kernel weight than that ofthe duration of filling. The dry weight of kernel had a significantly positive correlation withthe maximum value of the dry weight of the vegetative organ per kernel (DWVOK ) , butnegatively correlated with the decreasing of DWVOK. Therefore ,the filling index of ker-nel could be used as a criterion to measure this relation,as it accurately reflected the char-acters of the accumulation of the nutritious substance of plant and its transformation tokernel storage determined the condition of the grain filling and its potentiality for filling.when the sink was not contented with the source,the kernel became wrinkled. Using fillingindex to determine the balance of source and sink , the reliable data coul be obtained.Itshowed that between the ideal balance(Limit=1) and the absolute balance(Limit=0),the greater the filling index is,the higher the balance of the sink and the source is ,and thefuller the seeds are. The filling index had little relation with the maximum volume of sink,but singifcantly correlated with the maximum value of DWVOK.
