| 摘 要： | 作者应用研制的烟草专用生长调节剂ＤＷＹ（包括ＤＷＹ－１，ＤＷＹ－２和ＤＷＹ－３）对烟草的生理效应和增产增质作用进行了研究，结果表明，移栽后，１０，２０，３０ｄ喷施ＤＷＹ，对烟草体内生理代谢有明显调节作用，表现在ＣＡＴ，ＰＯＤ活性增强，膜脂过氧，膜脂过氧化作用降低，叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率提高，呼吸速度与对照接近或降低，干物质积累加快，比叶重明显提高。ＤＷＹ处理还可促进烟株生长发育，使株高和叶面积

| Abstract: | In order to regulate the growth and increase the yield and quality of tobacco,threekinds of growth regulators ,DWY-1, DWY-2 and DWY-3,were developed,The results indi-cated that the spraying of DWY on the 10th , 20th and 30th day after transplantationcaused increase in the activities of catalase and peroxidase ,increase in photosynthetic rateand decreases in lipid peroxidation and respiratory rate of the leaves.The growth of leavesand stems were promoted and the disease resistance of plant were enhanced by DWY obvi-ously.As a result,the yield and quality characters,such as dry weight of leaves perhectare,value per kilogram and ratio of high-quality leaves,were significantly improved.Of the thtee kinds of DWY,DWY-3 had the best effect on physiological characteristics,yield and quality. |
