淹水逆境下玉米若干生理生化特性的变化

摘    要:玉米幼苗淹水后,叶片的丙二醛(MDA)含量显著上升,叶蒸腾强度显著下降;而叶绿素,可溶性蛋白质含量下降较为缓慢;同时不同淹水程度玉米叶内游离脯氨酸含量均高于对照。不同淹水深度与淹水的持续时间对叶片的各种生理生化特性有明显不同的影响,其中较轻度淹水后,玉米的生理变化幅度较小,而严重淹水的玉米叶片生理变化大,排水后,不同淹水深度的玉米恢复情况差异显著。

Abstract:The effect of waterlogging on physiological and biochemical charactersitics of maize was investigated.The results showed that both a marked increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and a marked decrease of transpiration rate,a slow degradation of chlorophyll and decreasation of soluble protein were caused by waterlogging in maize leaves.Waterlogging in different content gave a different physiological effect on maize leaves,and caused a different seedlings rehobilitation after drainage.
