摘    要:试验结果表明:在黑暗条件下低温处理0~5d,再在自然光照下培养有利于白灵侧耳原基的形成;在光照条件下,低温刺激10d对白灵侧耳原基形成的效果最好;后熟培养和搔菌不利于原基形成且延长生长周期。

Abstract:The trial results show that under dark and low temperature for 0-5 days first, and then exposed in the natural light to be cultured is beneficial to the primardial formation of P. nebrodensis. Under light culture, the low temperature stimulating for 10 days has the best effect on the primardial formation of P. nebrodensis. After - ripening and disturbing mycelia are disadvantageous for pfimardial formation and will prolong the growth duration.
