摘    要:温度是影响植物生长发育的重要环境因子。低温是一个主要的逆境因子,限制植物生长和分布,是农业生产中经常发生的自然灾害。综述了近年来国内外有关低温胁迫下植物的形态特征、渗透调节物质、膜系统、抗氧化系统和基因等的研究进展,并探讨了今后植物耐寒性的研究方向,旨在为植物耐寒育种实践提供重要的理论依据。

Research Progress on the Response Mechanism of Plants to Low Temperature Stress
Abstract:Temperature is an important environmental factor affecting the growth and development of plants .Low temperature, as a major stress factor that limits the growth and distribution of plants, is a kind of natural disaster that occurs frequently in agricultural production.The recent progresses in the studies on the morphological characteristics, osmotic adjustment substance, membrane system, antioxidant system and related genes of plants under low temperature stress at home and abroad were reviewed .And the future research directions of the cold tolerance of plants were discussed, so as to provide important theoretical basis for breeding of cold-tolerant plants.
