摘    要:目的]探索赤霉素(GA_3)对甘蔗实生苗产量性状的影响。方法]采用不同浓度GA_3处理8个甘蔗实生苗组合,观察并测定处理后甘蔗丛有效茎数、株高、茎径、锤度等指标。结果]对甘蔗实生苗叶片喷施不同浓度GA_3后,丛有效茎数、株高和茎径差异显著,锤度没有明显变化。GA_3处理能显著提高甘蔗实生苗产量,但对提高糖分无显著作用。结论]该研究可为甘蔗育种应用提供参考依据。

Effects of Diffreent Concentr ation GA 3 Treatment on Yield Tr aits of Sugarcane Seeding
Abstract:Objective]To study the effects of different concentration GA 3 treatment on yield traits of sugarcane seeding.Method]Different con-centration GA 3 were sprayed on eight sugarcane combinations seeding,effective stem number per clump,plant height,stem diameter and brix were measured after treatment.Result]Results showed that effective stem number per clump,plant height and stem diameter had significant differ-ence,brix had no apparent change in different reatments.GA3treatment could significantly improve the yield of sugarcane,but couldn’t improve the sugar production.Conclusion]The study can provide a reference basis for the sugarcane breeding application.
