摘    要:目的]研究红掌种质资源的遗传多样性,为红掌的种质创新和杂交育种提供依据。方法]利用形态学标记对46个红掌种质资源的36个形态学性状进行研究。结果]46个红掌品种的遗传多样性丰富,遗传变异系数为0.24~0.36,遗传多样性指数为0.343 8~2.111 9。其中,佛焰苞长的变异系数最大,为0.36;佛焰苞颜色遗传多样性指数最大,为2.111 9。UPGMA聚类分析表明,这46个红掌品种可划分为4大类,包括3个较小的类群和1个较大的类群。结论]该研究中应用的一些形态学标记对于红掌品种鉴定、遗传多样性分析和杂交育种具有重要的应用价值。

Study on the Genetic Diversity of Phenotypic Traits in Anthurium andraeanum Germplasm Resources
Abstract:Objective] To study the genetic diversity of Anthurium andraeanum germplasm resources and provide basis for the germplasm in-novation and cross breeding of A.andraeanum germplasm resources. Method] 36 morphological traits of 46 kinds of A.andraeanum germ-plasm resources were studied by using morphological markers.Result] 46 tested varieties of A.andraeanum had abundant genetic diversity, the genetic variation coefficient of 46 tested varieties of A.andraeanum was 0.24 -0.36, and the genetic diversity index was 0.343 8 -2.111 9.The spathe length had the maximum variation coefficient (0.36).The spathe color had the maximum genetic diversity index (2.111 9).UPGMA cluster analysis indicated that 46 varieties of A.andraeanum were divided into four clusters:three small groups and one large group. Conclusion] Some morphological markers used in the research were of important application value for the variety identification , genetic diversity analysis and cross breeding ofA .a ndraeanum.
