| Abstract: | In the 16th Chinese Communist Party Center Committee,it was pointed out the grand plan of building new socialist countryside.In the paper,by the new model of the new rural construction,the main characteristics and summed situation of the farmers' current income,exploration and consideration of the measures of increasing farmers' income were introduced.The new thoughts of new socialist countryside construction were discussed too. |
