摘    要:以新鲜的麻栎为饲料,小蚕期用塑料袋育,5龄期通过3种不同的饲育方法(塑料袋育、喷水插枝育和不喷水插枝育)进行比较试验,对柞蚕5龄期的食叶量、增长量、5龄每日体重的平均增长量等指标进行了测试.结果表明,小蚕期塑料袋育保苗率高且能够保温、保鲜,促进生长发育;5龄期适应于喷水插枝育,食叶量大,增长快,体重可达22.55 g,全茧量为10.04g,蚕体强健,接近室外放养效果.而塑料袋育则不能满足5龄蚕体发育的需要,食叶量小,蚕体重最高也仅为10.45 g,全茧量也只有2.73 g.因此,在养蚕生产上要根据蚕体不同时期特点,采取不同饲育条件和方法,满足蚕体需要,以达到高产稳产的目的.

Abstract:Taking the fresh Quercus acutissima leaves as diet,Antheraea pernyi was bred with different breeding styles:young larvae were bred in plastic bags,while grown silkworms were bred in plastic bags and on the branches of Q.acutissima respectively. Amount of ingested food,weight of silkworm and whole cocoon weight were examined in the experiment.The result showed that young larvae reared in the plastic bags grew fast and strongly,while older larvae were suited to be bred on the branches under the same condition.Their body weight of each larva was 22.55 g and the whole cocoon weight was 10.04 g. If the older larvae were bred in the plastic bags during the grown silkworm stage,the weight of the single larva and the whole cocoon weight were 10.45 g and 2.73 g respectively.The conclusion is important for us to take different breeding styles in different stages.
