| 摘 要： | 目的]检验精氨酸的作用。方法]选用6头21日龄5.20 kg左右的三元杂交断奶仔猪,分别饲喂对照日粮（基础日粮＋2.05%丙氨酸）和精氨酸日粮（基础日粮＋1.0%精氨酸）,试验期为7 d,观察日粮添加1%精氨酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、器官相对重量和血液生化参数的影响。结果]仔猪饲喂添加1.0%精氨酸的日粮后,其日增重和料重比均有显著提高,但平均日采食量差异不显著;仔猪肝脏、心脏、肾、脾以及肺的相对重量显著低于对照组,而小肠的相对重量显著高于对照组;仔猪血清中尿素氮、白蛋白、总蛋白含量以及碱性磷酸酶活性、谷丙转氨酶活性高于对照组,但所有血液生化参数差异都不显著。结论]补充精氨酸对提高断奶仔猪的成活率和生长性能具有重要作用。
