| 摘 要： | 尝试构建包含普惠保险与劳动力流动的欠发达和发达两地区理论模型,系统诠释普惠保险对促进共同富裕的作用渠道与影响效应,并通过建立省级面板计量模型与中介效应模型,实证考察普惠保险推动劳动力流动、缩小地区收入差距的影响。研究表明:普惠保险是促进劳动力流动、实现共同富裕的重要动力;劳动力流动是普惠保险缩小地区收入差距的重要机制,普惠保险可以通过推动劳动力合理流动,进而缩小地区收入差距,实现共同富裕。进一步分析发现,普惠保险对地区收入差距的影响具有异质性,对中部地区的收入差距具有更明显的缩小效应。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to construct a theoretical model of inclusive insurance and labor flow in underdeveloped and developed regions, and systematically explains the channels and effects of inclusive insurance on promoting common prosperity. Besides, through the establishment of provincial panel econometric model and intermediary effect model, this paper empirically investigates the impact of inclusive insurance on promoting labor flow and narrowing regional income gap. The research shows that inclusive insurance is an important driving force to promote labor flow and achieve common prosperity; Labor flow is an important mechanism for inclusive insurance to narrow the regional income gap; Inclusive insurance can narrow the regional income gap and promote common prosperity by improving the appropriate labor flow. Further analysis shows that the impact of inclusive insurance on the regional income gap is heterogeneous, and it has a more obvious effect on narrowing the income gap in the central region. |
