摘    要:研究生教育复合型高素质人才培养工程是顺应人才强国战略加速实施和大学制度创新深化发展战略。其意义在于:提升研究生培养质量,增强研究生的适应性、灵活性和创新性。面对全国高等院校研究生教学培养工作模式变革创新改革的发展潮流,山西农业大学农业工程研究生教育教学实践也需要进行改革的创新。农业工程研究生是充分利用学科自身独特的学科优势,培养体现出的理论知识掌握与专业实践工作能力运用兼具结合的高级复合型人才。

Abstract:The postgraduate education compound high-quality talent training project is a development strategy that conforms to the accelerated implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents and the deepening of university system innovation. Its significance lies in: improving the quality of postgraduate training and enhancing the adaptability, flexibility and innovation of postgraduates. Facing the development trend of reform, innovation and reform of the postgraduate teaching and training work mode in colleges and universities across the country, the practice of agricultural engineering postgraduate education and teaching in Shanxi Agricultural University also needs to be reformed and innovated. Agricultural engineering postgraduates are high-level compound talents who make full use of the unique disciplinary advantages of the discipline and cultivate the combination of theoretical knowledge mastery and professional practical work ability.
