Abstract: | To provide scientific basis for the recycling of Tremella fuciformis spent substrate as raw materials in mushroom cultivation, the effect of extracts of T. fuciformis spent substrate on the mycelial growth of Lentinula edodes, Pholita nameko, Coprinus comatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Agrocybe aegerita, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus geesteranus, Auricularia polytricha, Flammulina velutipes, Ganoderma lingzhi, and Oudemansiella radicata in plates were investigated. The results showed that the extracts had promoting effect on the mycelial growth of P. nameko, P. eryngii, and O. radicata in all tested concentrations, no effect for L. edodes and C. comatus and all for Agrocybe aegerita, Auricularia polytricha and Ganoderma lingzhi only applied at appropriate concentrations, but showed inhibitory effect against P. ostreatus, P. geesteranus, and F. velutipes. |
