籼粳交后代“高分离”“低结实”的探讨

摘    要:水稻籼粳亚种间杂交常规育种工作中,最棘手的两大难题:一是后代性状“高度分离”;二是后代”结实率低”。 本研究认为:形成籼粳杂交后代“结实率低”的原因有二:1.花粉的可育率低;2.柱头对自花花粉的不亲和性。 形成籼粳杂交后代性状“高度分离”的原因有四:1.子房的可育率接近常值,但花粉的可育率较低,尤以低世代子房的可育率极显著地高于自花花纷的可育率;2,柱头对异花花粉的亲和性;3.同花期不同基因型外界花粉的介入,即天然异交;4.误选。 本研究旨在为籼粳亚种间杂交后代性状的快速稳定,提供依据和方法。

Discussions on High Genetic Segregation and Low Setting Percentage among Progenies of Indica × Japonica Rice
Abstract:With regard to the conventional breeding of sub-species cross of Indica and Japonica rice,there exist two major problems of great difficulty .One is the high genetic segregation among their progenies; the other is the progeny's low setting percentage. The results of the present study indicated that there might be two causes for the low setting percentage: Ⅰ)The poor fertility of pollen; Ⅱ) The self-incompatibility of stigma to pollen. And causes for the high genetic segregation were suggested as follows: Ⅰ) Although the fertility rate of ovary was normal, that of pollen would be relatively low, especially in lower generations. Of which the former was significantly higher than the latter; Ⅱ) A higher compatibility of stigma to exogenuous pollen as compared with-self pollen;Ⅲ) Crosspollination with other genotype pollen during the flowering stage; Ⅳ) Misselection by breeders. This resesarch was conducted with the purpose of providing basic knowledge and ap-proachs for the rapid stablization of good characters in the progeny of Indica × Japonica rice.
