我国生鲜电商平台比较及选择研究

摘    要:为了促进我国生鲜电商良好发展,从生鲜电商交易规模、运营模式、平台数量、产品销售形式、市场环境等方面分析现阶段生鲜电商的发展现状,比较目前不同类型生鲜电商平台之间存在的差异,分析影响消费者选择生鲜电商平台的因素,并有针对性地提出增加用户黏性、优化平台运营模式、促进企业间正当差异化竞争、增加产品储备等可持续性发展的建议。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to promote the good development of fresh e-commerce in China, the current development status of fresh e-commerce were analyzed from the aspects of transaction scale, operation mode, number of platforms, product sales form and market environment. The differences between different types of fresh e-commerce platforms were compared and the factors affecting consumers'' choice of fresh e-commerce platform were analyzed. Sustainable development suggestions were purposefully put forward, such as increasing user stickiness, optimizing platform operation mode, promoting legitimate differentiated competition among enterprises, increasing product reserves and so on.
