| 摘 要： | 介绍朝鲜蓟的组织培养与快速繁殖的方法。该研究方法以茎尖为外植体,以改良的MS培养基为基本培养基,对朝鲜蓟进行离体培养,重点介绍各试验阶段的培养条件以及生长与分化情况。

| Abstract: | The methods of tissue culture and rapid propagation for globe artichoke（Cynara scolymus L.）were described in the paper.The Cynara scolymus were vitro cultured based on shoot apices（as explants）and modified Murashige and Skoog（1962）medium at pH 5.5.The condition of the culture medium,growth and differentiation in each experiment phase were focused and introduced. |
