摘    要:试验研究了温度对白三叶(Trifolum repens L.)种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,温度过高或过低,对白三叶发芽及幼苗生长情况均会产生影响.温度为25%时,白三叶种子的发芽速度、发芽率和发芽势最好,株高和地上部的生物量也是最大值;当温度升高至30℃时,发芽速度显著降低,发芽势有所下降,而发芽率、株高和地上部生物量与25%处理下无显著差异;温度低至15℃时,发芽率、发芽势、株高和地上部生物量显著下降,发芽速度与25℃处理下无显著差异.

Abstract:The effect of different temperature treatments, i. e. 15℃,20℃,25℃ and 30℃, on Trifolum repens seed germination and seedling growth was studied. The results showed that 25℃ was the best temperature for the seed germination and seedling growth. When higher or lower than 25℃, it would inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth. When the tem-perature was 30℃ , the speed of germination would be reduced apparently and the germinability of seeds decreased, but there were not significantly difference in germination percentage, seedling height and biomass compared with 25℃. When it was at 15℃, the germination percentage, the germinability, the seedling height and biomass decreased significantly, but there were not significant difference in germination at the treatment of 15℃ and 25℃.
