| 摘 要： | 运用胶体金免疫层析技术,建立一种操作简单、特异性好、灵敏度高,适合临床诊断的检测猪瘟病毒的方法。本文通过采用柠檬酸三钠还原氯金酸制备胶体金,选择15 nm胶体金标记兔抗猪瘟病毒抗体,组装免疫层析试纸条。用试纸条对猪瘟可疑病料进行检测,结果显示,用试纸条检测猪瘟病毒,15min左右即可显示结果,并与荧光抗体检测方法加以比较,结果表明用此种方法可以检测猪瘟病,并且可以进行推广使用。

| Abstract: | Colloidal gold immunochromatographic technology was used to establish a simple,good specificity,high sensitivity and suitable detection method of clinical diagnosis classical swine fever virus.In this paper,through the use of sodium citrate to restore the acid chloride preparation of colloidal gold,to choose 15 nm colloidal gold labeling of rabbit anti-swine fever virus antibodies,assembly immunochromatographic dipstick,which was used to detect suspicious of classical swine fever virus by test strip.The results showed that dipstick testing with classical swine fever virus,15 min or so to display the results and with fluorescent antibody detection methods to compare,the results showed that this method can detect swine fever virus,and can be carried out to promote the usage. |
