甘蔗叶拉伸特性研究

摘    要:利用电子万能材料试验机测定收获后甘蔗叶叶鞘、叶脉中部、叶脉下部、叶薄片中部、叶薄片下部的拉伸力学特性。结果表明:在选择的5个部位的试样中,甘蔗叶叶脉的弹性模量、抗拉强度最大,抵抗弹性变形的能力最强,可为甘蔗叶集捆机、收获机、加工粉碎机的设计提供参考,有助于甘蔗叶的开发利用。

Tensile Properties of Sugarcane Leaves
Abstract:The leaves of sugarcane were used as material to test their tensile properties in the leaf sheath and the middle and lower parts of the leaf vein, as well as the middle and lower parts of the leaf blade or lamina by using electronic universal material testing machine. The results showed that among the five positions of the sugarcane leaves the leaf vein had the highest elasticity modulus, tensile strength and resistance to elastic deformation. This study can provide references for the design of machines for bundling, harvesting and grinding of sugarcane leaves, and facilitates development and utilization of sugarcane leaves.
