摘    要:通过在水分胁迫下不同玉米杂交种在孕穗、开花和灌浆期抗旱性比较试验,结果表明,抗旱性较强的豫玉3号,在3个关键时期水分胁迫下其产量损失较小,而不抗旱杂交种新黄单85—1和丹玉13号减少幅度较大。这种产量变化趋势与其内部的生理生化反应表现一致:水分胁迫时豫玉3号气孔阻力增加幅度大,水势下降幅度小,脯氨酸含量明显升高,从而提高了渗透调节能力:细胞内SOD活性下降幅度较小,丙二醛(MDA)含量增加也较少。

Abstract:Drought resistance of different maize hybrids was compared with one another at three key growth stages under water stress. The results indicated that the most drought--resistant cross is Yuyu 3 which suffered from less grain yield loss. The drought--susceptible cross is Xin Huangdan 85--1, of which the grain yield loss is more. The difference of grain yield performace is corresponded with their internal physiological and biochemical processes. Under water stress, Yuyu 3 showed apparently increased stomata resistance and proline content, but slightly decreased water potential, so its osmosis adjusting ability was enhanced. It also presented showed relatively less MDA amount increase and slightly SOD activity decrease.
