国内对茶叶中稀土元素的研究进展

摘    要:随着人们对食品安全的日益重视,茶叶质量的安全问题越来越突出,特别是稀土的残留问题,已成为影响茶叶质量安全的重要因素之一。本文综述了我国茶叶中稀土元素,尤其是含量的研究情况,希望能为进一步深入研究我国茶叶质量安全提供参考。

Abstract:With the people's increasing attention on food safety,the safety of the quality of tea has become increasingly prominent,especially the issue of Rare earth residues,becoming one of the most important factors affecting the safety of tea.In this review,the research situation of Rare earth elements,especially the content in tea is summarized in the hope of providing references to a further study on tea quality.
