| 摘 要： | 我国地域辽阔，水资源丰富，全国水资源量占全球淡水资源的6%，排世界第6位，但人均水资源仅为世界平均水平的14。介绍了近10年我国水利建设投资的主要资金来源、投资用途，在此基础上，运用SPSS统计软件指数平滑法模型对未来几年的水利投资情况进行了预测，对我国水利建设健康持续发展具有参考意义。

| Abstract: | China is vast in territory and is rich in water resources.China′s water resources account for 6% of the world′s total freshwater resources and rank sixth in the world.But China′s per capita water resources are only 14 of the world average.Major sources of funding and investment use of investment in water conservancy construction nearly 10 years in China were introduced.SPSS statistical software and exponential smoothing model were used to predict the investment of water conservancy in the next few years on this basis.It had reference significance to sustainable development of water conservancy construction in China. |
