摘 要: | 针对在甘蔗地使用的凿式深松犁,对比分析了在相同受力条件下,圆弧式和立柱式两种犁体的静力学特性;同时对圆弧式深松犁在不同悬挂位置进行了静力学仿真。运用SolidWoks软件从以上两个方面研究深松犁的强度特性,分析发现圆弧式结构强度较好,螺栓孔的位置较低时犁体受力较小,这为进一步完善甘蔗地使用的深松机械提供了参考。

The Stress Simulation Analysis of Chisel Shaped Sub-soiling Plough Used in Sugarcane Land |

Abstract: | In allusion to the chisel shaped Sub-soiling plough used in sugarcane land, the static characteristics of two types of plow body arc and column are?compared?and?analyzed under the same stress, and static simula-tion is carried out on the circular arc type Sub-soiling plough in different suspension positions. SolidWorks would be used to study the strength characteristics of Sub-soiling plough from the above two aspects, the anal-ysis results shows that the arc structure has better strength, when the position of the bolt hole is lower, the plough body is less stressed, this provides a reference for the further improvement of Sub-soiling machine used in sugarcane field. |
