大豆黄酮对产蛋初期期和后期绍兴鸭产蛋性能及血清激素水平的影响

摘    要:日粮中添加3mg/kg大豆黄酮分别饲喂产蛋初期和产蛋后期绍兴鸭,观察其对产蛋性能、血清GH、IGP-1和E2水平的影响.结果表明,产蛋初期添加大豆黄酮显著降低绍兴鸭产蛋率和平均蛋重,饲料转化率下降,并伴随有血清GH水平显著降低.相反,产蛋后期添加大豆黄酮,绍兴鸭产蛋率和平均蛋重均显著增加,血清GH水平也明显提高.无论在产蛋初期还是后期添加大豆黄酮对血清IGF-1和E2水平均无显著影响.结果表明,产蛋初期添加大豆黄酮对绍兴鸭的产蛋性能具有抑制作用,而产蛋后期添加大豆黄酮可以促进绍兴鸭的产蛋性能,血清生长激素水平的相应变化提示GH可能是大豆黄酮作用途径的一个环节.

Abstract:Daidzein was supplemented to the diet of Shaoxing ducks at the dosage of 3 mg/kg during early and late laying period to investigate the effect of daidzein on the egg laying performance and the serum levels of growth hormone(GH),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and estrogen(E2).The results showed that Shaoxing ducks treated with daidzein during the early laying period had apparently lower mean egg laying rate and mean egg weight as well as the feed conversion ratio than their control counterparts.The negative effect of daidzein was accompanied with the significantly decreased serum GH levels.In contrast,however,Shaoxing ducks treated with daidzein during the late laying period showed apparently higher mean egg laying rate and mean egg weight than control group,which coincided with the significant up-regulation of serum GH.There were no changes observed in serum levels of IGF-1 and E2 after daidzein treatment during either early or late period.The results suggest that the effects of daidzein on egg laying performance of Shaoxing ducks differ under different physiological conditions.The changes of serum GH concentration are in good accordance with the changes of egg laying performance,suggesting that GH may be involved in the mechanism of daidzein action.
