| 摘 要： | 采用微波辅助提取法从黄连中提取防晒成分,研究了提取液中防晒成分的稳定性。结果表明:50%的乙醇为黄连中防晒成分微波辅助提取的较好溶剂,黄连中含有较强的紫外线吸收即防晒成分,是具有广谱防晒作用的中草药。

| Abstract: | In this paper,extracting sunscreen component from Coptis chinensis with microwave-assisted extraction,the stability of the sunscreen component from the extract was investigated.The results showed that 50% alcohol was a better solvent for extracting sunscreen component with microwave-assisted extraction,and the sunscreen component in Coptis chinensis was a broad-spectrum sunscreen Chinese Herbal Medicine with strong sunscreen ability. |
