安徽省部分地区致病性大肠杆菌耐药性分析

摘    要:为了研究临床大肠杆菌对药物的敏感性,从安徽省部分地区病料中分离得到75株致病性大肠杆菌,经分离、纯化、增殖,制成5×107CFU.mL-1的菌液,采用K-B法开展了对13种药物的敏感性试验。结果显示,分离株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、多粘菌素B耐药菌高达70%以上,对恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、氧氟沙星、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟的耐药菌株在30%以上,而对阿米卡星、头孢唑肟高度敏感。本试验为临床大肠杆菌病防治有一定意义。

Abstract:In order to investigate drug sensitivity of pathogenic Escherichia coli from animal clinics,75 pathogenic Escherichia coli isolates were obtained from 117 samples from 15 districts of Anhui Province. The bacteria liquid was prepared in the concentration of 5×107 CFU?mL-1 after isolation, purification and proliferation, to analyze its sensitive to 13 drugs by K-B method. The inhibition zones were determined after overnight cultivation. The results showed that the rates of drug resistant strains were above 70% to ampicillin, amoxicillin and polymyxin B, above 30% to enrofloxacin, florfenicol, ofloxacin, ceftriaxone and cefotaxime, and sensitive to amikacin and ceftizoxime. The investigation demonstrated that it is necessary for rational use of antimicrobial agents for the control of colibacillosis in pigs and chickens.
