| 摘 要： | 在研究粮食的阻抗－频率特性和阻抗－水分特性的基础上，设计了适用于粮食收购的新型水分快速测定仪器，它具有稳定性好，灵敏度高，响应速度快，使用寿命长等特点，已在我国粮食行业普及推广使用。
