| 摘 要： | 针对激光加工的特殊要求，研制出连续激励斩光盘式调Ｑ ＣＯ２脉冲激光器，获得了高重复频率、高峰值功率、短脉宽并具有较高的平均功率和较好模式的ＣＯ２调Ｑ脉冲输出。
