头洞病地图鱼与正常地图鱼血液生理指标比较研究

摘    要:对头洞病地图鱼和正常地图鱼的各项血液生理指标进行比较研究。结果表明,头洞病地图鱼与正常地图鱼的红细胞数量、红细胞体积和血红蛋白含量之间差异极显著,红细胞比积差异显著,而红细胞长径、红细胞短径、红细胞核长径、细红胞核短径、红细胞核体积、红细胞沉降速度、平均血红蛋白含量、平均血红蛋白浓度和白细胞数差异不显著。淋巴细胞、嗜中粒细胞、单核细胞和血栓细胞的大小差异不显著,而淋巴细胞、嗜中粒细胞、单核细胞的百分数含量差异极显著。

Abstract:Blood is the very important tissue of the animals. It is widely used in evaluating the healthy condition,nutritional condition and the adaption of the environment of the fish. It is the significant indices of the physiology,and pathology. The experiment made a comparison of the RBC,CL,CS,NL,NS,CV,NV,ESR,Ht,Hb,MCH,MCHC,WBC and the normal size (long diameter ×short diameter) of THR and the size and content of Lym,Neut,Mon and thrombocyte between tung disease Astronotus ocellatus and healthy Astronotus ocellatus. Analyzed by the statistics,we can see that the differences of the RBC,CV,Hb between tung disease Astronotus ocellatus and healthy Astronotus ocellatus are sharply significant,and Ht is significant,CL,CS,NL,NS,NV,ESR,MCH,MCHC,WBC are not significant. The normal size (long diameter ×short diameter) of Lym,Neut,Mon,THR are not significant,and content of Lym,Neut,Mon are sharply significant.
