摘    要:目的]研究超声波法提取川木香中的木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的最佳工艺条件。方法]以川木香粉末为原料,乙醇为溶剂,选取超声波功率、提取时间、料液比以及提取温度进行单因素试验和正交试验。结果]4个因素对木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯提取率的影响次序均为:温度〉超声时间〉料液比〉超声功率,提取温度对此2种有效物质的提取率有显著的影响。正交试验确定的最佳提取条件为:提取温度70℃,提取时间50 min,料液比1∶25,超声波功率300 W。在最佳提取条件下,木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的提取率分别达1.36%和1.56%。结论]该研究结果为川木香中的木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯工业化提取和应用提供了理论依据。

Study on Ultrasonic Power Extraction of Costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone from Radix valdimiriae

Abstract:Objective] The best process conditions of ultrasonic power-assisted extraction of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone from Radix Vladimiriae were studied.Method] Taking ethanol as the extraction agent,powder of Radix Vladimiriae as tested material,the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were carried out to study effects of ultrasonic power,extraction time,solid to liquid ratio and extraction temperature on extraction.Result] Order of four factors which affect the extraction rate of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone from Radix Vladimiriae were extraction temperature> extraction time >solid to liquid ratio> ultrasonic power.Extraction temperature affected the extraction rates significantly.The optimum extraction conditions were showed as following: extraction temperature 70 ℃,ultrasonic power 300 W,extraction time 50 min,solid to liquid ratio 1∶25(g/ml).Under these process conditions,the extracting rates of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone from Radix Vladimiriae were 1.36% and 1.56% respectively.Conclusion] These primary results might provide theoretic basis and experiment reference for the industrial extraction and application of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone from Radix Vladimiriae
