| 摘 要： | 湿地生态旅游是实现湿地自然生境与生物多样性保护、发展地方经济的有效手段。针对当前开展向海湿地生态旅游的优势与不足，借鉴国外先进经验，实行生态旅游社区共管不失为发展向海湿地生态旅游的优先选择策略。
