摘    要:通过摇瓶培养实验从 2 2个广泛栽培的灵芝菌株中筛选出了胞内多糖产量最高的菌株 ,并以胞内多糖产量为指标通过单因子及正交实验优化了该菌株深层发酵所需的营养因子及非营养因子条件 ,包括碳源、氮源、初始pH、接种量、装液量、培养时间等。研究发现G7的最佳培养条件及目标产物不同 ,所需的培养时间也不同。G7在对数期内大量形成胞内多糖 ,在 6 0h胞内多糖产量最高达 5 33mg/mL培养液

Abstract:The strain G7 was screened out from 22 Ganoderma strains collected from various regions according to the yield of intracellular polysaccharide.The optimum fermentation conditions were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The optimum parameters of carbon source,nitrogen source,initial hither medium volume in the flask and cell density were obtained.In addition,the metabolic curves of intracellular polysaccharide,extracellular polysaccharide,biomass and the pH change of medium were determined.It was found that the optimal fermentation time was depended on the objective product.Most of the intracellular polysaccharide was produced within the former stage of fermentation.The yield of intracellular polysaccharide was up to 0.533 g/100 mL medium at the 60th hour.
