高温干燥催青条件对温敏性蚕品种胚胎发育生理生化影响的探讨

摘    要:将温敏性蚕品种在高温干燥的条件下催青 ,结果水分的散失较常温常湿催青大 ,卵内糖元、氨基酸含量较常温常湿低 ,SOD、CAT酶活性前期高于常温常湿 ,而转青时则相反。认为高温干燥条件催青对蚕卵呼吸强度有抑制的影响。

Abstract:When temperature sensitive silkworm eggs were incubated under high temperature and low humidity, moisture of the eggs were loss more fast ,content of glycogen and amino acids in the eggs were lower than that under normal condition.The activity of superoxide dehydratase,catalase were increased before prophase whereas decreased at bluishing stage.The high temperature and low humidity condition had an inhibitory effect on the respiratory of the temperature sensitive silkworm embryo.
