| Abstract: | The paper introduces one kind of temperature control system used for cryostat.Differing from general PID temperature control system,it achieves the temperature control accuracy through the common effects of blower cooling and direct cooling cryobath,superposed refrigeration system and on- off control of re-frigerator,This temperature control system saves energy. |
