综合设计性实验在食品添加剂课程中的改革与实践

摘    要:综合性设计性实验是提高学生实践能力和创新能力的重要环节。阐述了综合性设计性实验在食品添加剂课程中实施的选题要求,实验应遵循由易到难的原则以及课后总结讨论,探讨了综合性设计性实验的注意事项,提出了综合性设计性在食品添加剂课程中实施的可行性和必要性。

Abstract:Comprehensive designed experiment is the important link to improve students' practical and innovative ability.Topic selection requirements in implementation of the comprehensive designed experiments in food additives were elaborated ,which was carried out from easy to diffficuhy.Precautions in the experiments were discussed.Feasibility and necessity of comprehensive designed experiments in food additive curriculum were put forward.
