| 摘 要： | 从远洋渔业的概念和发展远洋渔业的目的与意义入手,对我国远洋渔业近40年来的行业发展进行了简要梳理。通过总结远洋渔业行业发展现状及面临的主要问题,结合新形势下我国面临的内外部环境条件,提出该行业未来发展的应对策略及相关建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of pelagic fishery and the purpose and significance of developing pelagic fishery,this paper briefly sorts out the industry development of Chinese pelagic fishery in recent 40 years.By summarizing the development status and main problems of this industry,and combining with the internal and external conditions that China is facing under the new situation,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of the industry. |
