| Abstract: | Focusing on the problem of work-in-process(WIP) inventory control in furniture manufacture enterprises, this thesis presents a control model of WIP inventory through giving an overall and systematic analysis of the factors influencing WIP inventory in three respects,namely,external environment of the enterprise,its production and operations management and the inner production system. |
